Can I use the same account details on the website and in the app?

Absolutely! You can register through our Website or our App (available on iOS and Android) and access your account through either of the two platforms at any time. 

Just make sure you enter the same email address, password and sending country every time. 

I’m unable to link my offline account to my new online account, what should I do?

The most common reasons for not being able to link your offline account with your online are:

• You have not entered a valid email address in your Small World offline profile.
• Your mobile number was entered as a ‘Home Phone Number’ in our system (check your previous transfer receipt to confirm).
• The document you are trying to link is not in our system.
• Your date of birth does not match the date of birth on your ID.
• Your ID document is not in capital letters.

Please make these changes and try again or contact our Customer Support for help.

Can I delete my Small World online account?

You can make your account inactive if you no longer wish to use it. Please send an Account Deactivation Request at [email protected].

If you have not uploaded any documents on our system or made a successful paid out transfer, then please be assured your information will be removed from our database immediately. 

If you have uploaded your documents on our system or have made paid out transfers, then our Data Protection Team will start its account deletion evaluation process to ensure your data is deleted properly. You will be notified every step of the way.
