How do I add a beneficiary/receiver?

On Small World's website: 

1. Log in to your account via the website
2. Click on ‘View Your Beneficiaries’ and choose ‘Add New Beneficiary' 
3. Choose the type of beneficiary (Myself, Someone Else or Business) 
4. Enter correct beneficiary details
5. Hit ‘Save’ and you’re done!

In the App: 

1. Log in to your account via the App (iOS/Android)
2. Tap on ‘New Beneficiary’ 
3. Choose beneficiary country and the type of beneficiary (Myself, Someone Else or Business) 
4. Choose ‘Payment Method’ and enter correct beneficiary details
5. Hit ‘Save’ and you’re done!                       

I don’t know my beneficiary's email. What should I do?

‘Beneficiary email’ is not a mandatory field which means you can leave the field empty if you don’t have the required information. However, we recommend you get the beneficiary’s complete details before sending money to them for your and their safety. 

How do I change beneficiary details?

For website: Go to the Dashboard ----> Find beneficiary name ----> Choose ‘Edit Beneficiary’.

In the App: Choose the beneficiary from ‘My beneficiaries’ ----> Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner ----> Tap on ‘Edit Beneficiary’.

I entered the beneficiary data, but it didn’t get saved. What should I do?

You might need to add the beneficiary data again. Always press the ‘Save’ button after you have entered the data and then press ‘Continue’.
