I entered the incorrect beneficiary details what can I do?

Once you have saved beneficiary details they can not be edited. You will have to delete the beneficiary and create new beneficiary again with the Add new beneficiary option. 

Can I change beneficiary or bank account information after completing the transaction?

You will need to contact our Customer Support so we can check how far the transaction has progressed through the system and whether it can be changed at that time.

What does a transfer status mean?

Below is a list of most common status updates on your transfers and their meaning:

• Transaction created, awaiting payment - We are waiting to receive the total sale payment from you so that we can forward the money to your beneficiary/receiver.
• Transaction in progress - The payment is on its way and will reach your beneficiary shortly.
• Ready for pick up - The payment has arrived and ready to be collected by the beneficiary.
• Received - The person you're sending the money to has received the payment.
• Cancelled - Your transaction has been cancelled and you will have to contact Customer Support for details.

Why was my transfer cancelled?

Several reasons could result in the cancellation of your order. The most common ones include:

• Delay in completing the transfer by paying for it within 72 – 120 hours (the time frame is subject to change according to country and financial institutions’ regulations). To avoid inconvenience, pay for the transfer as soon as you create it or within a few hours. 
• Security or compliance issues could also result in the cancellation of your order. Contact our Customer Support to get more information about your order cancellation.
