You can choose a new password by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ on our website or in your Small World Mobile App (iOS/Android).
How do I link my Small World offline account with my new online account?
When signing up for an online/digital account, please provide the same email address and mobile phone number you used to register for your Small World offline account. Our system will automatically link your offline-online accounts.

How can I make changes to my profile details?
You can change your home phone number, middle name and second surname here. Due to security and compliance reasons, customers who wish to change their profile details, such as mobile phone number, address, date of birth, country etc. must inform our Customer Support first by sending an email at [email protected].
I need to update my documents. What should I do?
It's quite simple! You can update old documents and/or upload new documents in the ‘My Documents’ section.
