Where can I send my identity documents?

You can upload them on in 'My Documents' on the Website/in the App iOS or Android or send them by email at [email protected].


Important note: Although we will be happy to answer any question via our social networks (Facebook, Instagram), but for security reasons, we advise you to never send any personal information or ID via these channels.


What is the status of my transfer?

You can find out the status of your transfer with the ‘Track My Order’ on our website.


 


Can I send money to a company/business?

Yes, you absolutely can! Our beneficiaries are divided in three categories:

  • Myself: When you want to transfer money between your accounts.
  • Someone Else: When you want to transfer money to a friend, family member or coworker.
  • Business: When you want to transfer money to a company.
